The hardcore anti-PLP lawyer, Fred Smith, who is now acting for Louis Bacon with the Protect Clifton Bay Coalition has decided to take PLP government leaders to court along with Peter Nygard - the neighbour of Louis Bacon - over the sole argument of Mr. Nygard’s property, which has been the goal of the Coalition since its inception.
